Can I order on line?

Since each order is specific in terms of textile choice, print position, colours and technique used, at PAS Print we’ve opted for personalised service. Select the product and quantity desired, ask for an offer and within 24 hours we will contact you in order to examine the different possibilities with you, and to process your order.

Is there a minimum order?

For textile printing, there is a minimum of 10 pieces per design, for embroidery we set the minimum at 6 pieces. These can vary in terms of choice of textile, dimensions and colours.

Can I also order unprinted textile?

No, this is only possible in combination with the order of printed textile.

Can I supply my own textile to be printed?

Yes, you can. We charge the same price as for other textiles. Contact us for more information.

IIn how many colours is printing possible?

We print in 12 colours.

This is the best way to place your order:

  • Supply a vector file in separate layers at actual size
  • Minimum resolution of 300 ppi. This is the resolution unit of our equipment, expressed in pixels per inch (2.54 cm). The higher the number, the better the quality we can deliver.
  • The best way to supply the files is to send your files via a WeTransfer link or a link to your download site containing your design. This reduces the margin of error. Another possibility is to send your file as an e-mail attachment.

Can I just wash printed clothing?

Yes you can. However take the washing instructions of each garment well into account.

What is the standard delivery time?

The average delivery time is 10 working days for your order, but please don’t hesitate to ask for more details. Size samples can be delivered within 3 business days. Ask here for the price supplement for our express delivery service!

Is PAS Print open on Saturdays?

No, we’re closed on Saturdays. Check our opening hours here.

Do I need to make an appointment to visit the showroom?

Just come and visit our showroom or make an appointment to immediately discuss what is possible and review your questions.

Can I try on the products in the showroom?

In the showroom, you can only try on the sizes that are available. For other sizes, you can always order samples.

Can I order a mix of sizes with the same design?

Yes you can, taking into account the printing formats.

Can I cancel an order?

No, unfortunately, by contract, you can’t. For us, it’s a way to guarantee fast delivery time and low prices. That’s why we review your specific needs together with you for a tailor-made offer. Should you cancel an order, the related administrative costs will be invoiced to you, together with the costs related to the services and goods supplied.

Is a colour change possible?

Yes, it is possible for a supplement.

Do you have a graphic studio capable of modifying existing logos?

JYes, we have our own design studio that will gladly help you with the design of your logo and other designs.

What is a Pantone colour?

Pantone is the name of an organisation that standardises and publishes colour codes. These codes (for example PMS 200 for Pantone Matching System) represent an arbitrary agreement between all parties in a design and production process. The term “matching” indicates the objective of reproducing a certain colour.

Does PAS Print work with eco-friendly ink and textile?

Yes, we do everything we can in order to keep the fabrics and inks, as well as the production process, as eco-friendly as possible.

How can I pay?

You can pay cash, via ATM machine, bank check or bank transfer after agreement of our accounting department.
