DTG printing offers an excellent solution for directly reproducing full-color images and photographic prints on textiles, without additional costs for films or screen printing. With high resolution (up to 600 DPI), even the finest details remain crisp and clear.
DTG on white fabric
The advantage of DTG on white textiles is that direct printing is possible without prior treatment of the fabric, allowing the design to maintain a soft feel.
DTG on black textiles
The best and most vibrant results are achieved on black textiles using DTG. For black fabrics, a pretreatment is required to ensure the full color palette appears accurately and vividly.
DTG on colored textiles
In DTG printing, it is important to focus on colors that work well, such as pastel and natural tones. These colors are ideal due to their compatibility with the printing process and their ability to make the print stand out.
Practical information
How does this work?
First, the image is prepared and resized to the correct dimensions for textile printing in our workshop.
Next, the necessary settings are adjusted on the computer. For colored textiles, pre-treatment may be applied to ensure the ink adheres properly to the fabric. This process is not required for white textiles or pastel tones.
Please wait 24 hours before washing the textiles; the ink is water-based.
