How can I pay?
You can pay in advance by bank transfer, cash, or via Bancontact. If you wish to pay in advance, you can pick up the goods upon showing a valid payment receipt.
Does PAS Print use eco-friendly ink and fabrics?Werkt PAS Print met milieuvriendelijke inkt en stoffen?
Yes, we do everything we can to keep the fabrics, inks, and production processes we use as eco-friendly as possible.
What is a Pantone color?
Pantone is the name of an organization that standardizes and publishes color codes. These codes (e.g., PMS 200 for Pantone Matching System) are an arbitrary agreement between all parties in a design and production process. The term “matching” refers to the goal of reproducing a specific color.
Do you have a graphic department that can make adjustments to logos?
Yes, our experienced graphic studio is happy to assist you with advice on logo design and other graphics.
Can I cancel orders?
No, unfortunately this is not possible contractually. This allows us to guarantee fast delivery times and low prices. Therefore, we also discuss your specific requirements for a tailored proposal. If you still cancel an order, an administration fee will be charged, plus any services and goods already provided.
Can I try on products in the showroom?
In the showroom, only one item is displayed (usually size S for women and size M for men). You can always try it on. For other sizes, you can always order fitting sizes. These fitting sizes will be paid for upon pickup and can be added to your order later.
Do I need to make an appointment for the showroom?
Feel free to visit our showroom or make an appointment (preferably) to discuss the possibilities and any questions you have.
What are the opening hours of PAS?
The showroom is open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. For pickups, you can visit us from 09:00 to 18:00. PAS is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
What is the standard delivery time?
The delivery time for your order is usually 10 working days, but feel free to ask for more information. Fitting sizes can be delivered within three working days. Ask for the additional cost of our express service for faster delivery!
Can I wash the printed garments normally?
Yes, you can. Just be sure to follow the washing instructions for each garment.
How do I submit my files?
- A vector file in separate layers at actual size.
- Or a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. This is a unit of resolution for submitted files, expressed in pixels per inch. The higher the number, the greater the quality we can deliver.
- The best way to submit your files is via a WeTransfer link or a link to your own download site containing your design. This reduces the margin of error. Alternatively, you can send the file as an email attachment.
Can I mix different sizes in one order for the same design?
Yes, that is possible, taking the printing sizes into account.
How many colors can be printed?
We print up to 12 colors.
Can I supply my own fabric to be printed?
Yes, that’s possible.
Can I also order unprinted textiles?
No, this can only be done in combination with printed orders.
Is there a minimum order?
For textile printing, there is a minimum of 10 pieces per design; for embroidery, we have a minimum of 6 pieces. These can vary in terms of textile choice, sizes, and colors.
Can I order online?
Since every order is specific in terms of textile selection, print position, colors, and technique used, we at PAS Print opt for a personalized service. Be sure to request your quote.
